从1988年至2000年,美国股市走出了一轮波澜壮阔的大牛市,股市上涨幅度之大
超过历史上任何一次行情,道琼斯指数从1988年的1616点一直上涨到2000年的11908
点,至2000年年初的时候,标普500的平均市盈率已经达到了60倍,其中美国最大的20
家公司的市盈率均超过了100倍,若不是2001年技术股下挫,经济出现衰退加之"9·1
1"事件发生,真不知道当时那波行情会止步在哪里.那么,它的成因到底是什么呐?据
笔者初步归纳,15大因素导致了美国20世纪90年代股票价格的上升.
一是经济稳定性增加.经济稳定性问题是一个风险问题,如果经济发展比以前更
稳定,那么
股票市场的风险将比以前变小,果真如此,股价会因风险减小而上升.在此期间,
格林斯潘领导下的美联储实施了恰当的货币政策,对宏观经济的调控非常成功,经济
发展非常稳定,人们对将来充满信心,普遍不担心会失去工作,在这种情况下,人们选
择把钱投向风险较大的股票市场,而不是存在银行里.
二是互联网.1997年时,美国已经拥有数量不菲的互联网的使用者,当然,今天互
联网技术已是高度被使用的技术,人们普遍认为,互联网产业将成为经济中举足轻重
的一部分,尽管它目前盈利状况尚不理想.
